Orthopaedic Rehabilitation
Joint and Muscular Conditions including:
Back, Neck, Knee, Shoulder, Ankle, Elbow, Hip, Hand etc. This will also include gait analysis and a postural assessment.
Neurological Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation for people with diseases, trauma or disorders of the nervous system. Neurological rehabilitation can often improve function, reduce symptoms and improve the well-being of patients.
Cardiac Rehabilitation
All cardiac patients will train under close supervision with your biokineticist.

Sport Specific Training
Sport performance/rehabilitation training simply put is a type of training that is designed to improve your fitness level for the purpose of improving your ability to perform a given sport.
